But as soon as he arrives in the country, his past catches up with him. He meets his childhood sweetheart Mara and discovers a long and old family secret. When he is visited by his wife Doris and their daughter Nina, his stay becomes a heavy emotional and personal burden for Lukas. Suddenly he has to face up to his homeland, his past and his family.
